No, we’re not just a safety store. We supply all sorts of various products such as: ladders, power and hand tools, tool accessories, hardware (nuts, bolts, washer, screws, wire rope & fittings, shackles, turnbuckles, etc.) anchors, electrical products (marrettes, wire lubes and connecters, etc.), suspension products (struts, rod and fittings, beam clamps, clevis hangers, etc.), abrasives, tooling products (bits and tap bits, etc.), tapes (electrical, masking, duct, tuck, etc.) and so much more! Our variety of safety and non-safety products are endless.

No, currently we are only shipping orders within Ontario but plan to expand across Canada in the near future. Stay tuned!  

Shipping and processing typically range between 5-7 business days, excluding during holidays. This may also vary depending on stock availability.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Rest assured, Unfulfilled only means that we have successfully received your order and are working quickly to get it to you. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, and your order status will then change to Fulfilled.

Online Returns

The fastest and easiest way to return your item(s) is by bringing it to a Great Lakes Supply store near you. However, in some cases, certain items that have been purchased online can be returned by mail. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning is within 30 days of the date you received it, has not been used, the original tags are still attached, and is in resellable condition for a full refund. All face masks, sanitary and sterile items are final sale


With some returnable items, we'll send you a prepaid return mailing label. If you don't live near a Great Lakes Supply location and are eligible to ship your product back, learn how to do so below. 

1. Return Requirements: Check the date your item(s) was delivered. If the delivery date is within 30 days of when you received it and the item(s) has not been used, the original tags are still attached, and is in resellable condition, you should be eligible to receive a full refund.

2. Contact us by phone or email sales@glspi.com to request a return. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return mailing label to print and add to the outside of the box your item(s) originally came in for you to mail out.   

3. After mailing it back and you'll receive your full refund within a couple of days.

Returning In-Store

If it’s more convenient, you can return/exchange your item(s) to one of our Great Lakes Supply stores. Please ensure the item(s) you are returning is within 30 days of the date you purchased it, has not been used, the original tags are still attached, and is in resellable condition for a full refund. All face masks, sanitary and sterile items are final sale. Simply, bring along your receipt and return to us within 30 days of when you received your item(s) for a full refund. 

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, and Mastercard.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order, depending on whether your order is custom or not. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 4:30 p.m. EST will not be processed until the next business day. Also, if you order after business hours on a Friday, your order will likely be processed on the following Monday. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Products displaying a contact form are typically not available in-store at one of our locations and will need to be custom ordered. Products may also not be in-stock and will need to be custom ordered. Simply, complete the form, give us a call and we will place the order for you.
